Cardiac Rehabilitation
Consider cardiac rehabilitation if you are recovering from:
  Heart attack
  Coronary bypass surgery
  Heart valve replacement
  Heart transplant

  Angioplasty or Stenting

  Assistance in developing a safe home exercise programme
  Encouragement and support from the staff and other patients

How do I enrol?
 
If you are interested in joining a Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme, first contact your G.P. or Cardiac Consultant. A doctor's referral is necessary for admittance onto a programme. You can also contact us for advice.
